When Will People Look For Bikers?

  • While taking my wife to our date night ride to BrickTown in Oklahoma City. we are having a great ride coming down on the back roads of Guthrie, Edmond and OKC! As we ride closer to down town OKC near our state capital, we ride up on an on ramp, no big deal, untill I see the driver of a merging car talking on her cell phone! Well, you know how you get "That Feeling" to watch closely? Sure enough, she NEVER looked our way and started to merge! ( I could fell my wife move alittle, but I was already moving over. I watched her as I came up beside her car so I had a way out of the lane , Locked the throttle and looked right in her window and raised my hand as if to say WTH!!!!????? she hit the breaks as we past!! wish I had a small hammer to tap on her window. the look on her face was classic! OMG I didn't see you!!!  I know, That's why we always have to watch out for you!!!!  ( Driver's that never look around for other people ) Black Beauty is my sixteenth motorcycle, (my Harley) since I was 13 years old, I have never wrecked, or laid a bike over!! Thanks to my Father who taught me well about cycling!!!  Food For Thought!!
