Had a BLAST at Run 21...... Deener and I met Raywood and Knotso(from Big Dog site) Friday morning and rolled out at 7am. Weather was a little drizzly on the way down. Stopped at Castle rock for breakfast. I think it was 49er's, WOW there Country fried chicken is huge and all the food was very tasty. Just before the 202 exit. Denise (DEENER) had a traffic cone jump out in front of her. She handled it like a pro. Up the road we pulled over so she could walk it off. Luckily it hit her hiway peg before her. The view going over the bridge is great. The twisty road up to Birkenfeld, Or and to the Rally was a very nice ride, Trees and hills. Go to the gate and, yip opened early. Road right in got our wristbands and found a nice place to pitch our tents. Porta potties about 30 yards and the venders were another 30 yards beyond that.
Good Weather, Good food, And Great company….. Raywood and Knotso are a blast and great people. Lots of beautiful people ;-) to look at. Biker games were good. Lots of particapants..... Burn out contest was something to see. Lots and lots of smoke..... Foghat was off the hook. played just as the did 30 years ago.... Can't wait to go next year.... this will be an annual event for Deener and myself.
