I am just getting bigger because I'm more stressed and lazy......I need to get off my lazy A$$ and take care of it. Any ideas on how to motovate me? I should be abel to motovate myself after being in the military for so long but I havnt managed to do it yet so I'll take all the help I can get. ohhhh I need a bigger hat too.

I havn't quiet figured that out yet. but I think it has more to do with what I posted earlyier that I have just gotten a bad case of lazy a$$.

I think its the shampoo I'm using, says it adds body and I'd say its working, thinking of switching to Dawn which removes fat....
