And that may just be the answer to the question, right there. It's a fine line to walk. You have to know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em. You can't pick sides. You have to be fair, but not partial. I don't know, but I think sometimes, being "reigned in", can be detrimental to some people. They start to resent the responsibility.
But if your really up for the challenge, I'm sure the "powers that be" will mull the idea over...
