HOLY HELL-
So the wife and i are shopping for a small SUV or truck with four wheel drive for our daughter - who has her permit now- and we have cash- So you would think we would be able to find something reasonable right? wrong!!! test drove one the other day- engaged the 4x4, and the damn thing coasts to a stop in traffic- then at another dealership- we were escorted around to 4 different trucks- one had been in an accident- huge dent in front fender- one had a rust hole the size of a grapefruit under the door- and then the guy tries selling me a dakota that he thought they just got in on trade! WOW ---- this is completely frustrating- maybe my daughter should keep her sneakers!
sorry to vent- but im sure im not alone! LOL

I understand from my friend who sells used cars at his Goodyear dealership that thanks to 'cash for clunkers' good used cars are now at a premium. Another govt program screwing things up.

its been a tough 3 weeks of hunting for a vehicle- but we found a 2000 toyota tundra- with 120 k - for a reasonable price- picking it up today- private party- everything comparable at a dealer was outa my price range- and im not selling the harley for a another cage- LOL whew- at least its done- and yeah - shes daddys spoiled lil girl lol
