Business Description

  • Quick Intro motorcycle towing & transport
  • About Our Business Cyclone Motorcycle Rescue, Towing & Transport is a female owned & operated DOT/TDLR licensed, bonded, insured motorcycle specific towing service.

For whatever reason you cannot ride your bike, ie: flat, electrical, wrecked, raining, stayed too long at the party, we take rider & bike where they need to be.

We can haul two bikes at the same time, depending on the bikes. We have an extended cab Truck so we have room for up to three riders. We have plenty of room for your gear either in the cab or in the trailer.

We usually have cold water with us and depending on time of day, sometimes snacks.

We are more than happy to pick up from side of road, driveway, parking lots, events & rallys, or impound yards. If you do not ride with us we call to let you know your bike is delivered.

We don't care what you ride, we care that you ride. Your bike is as important to us as it is to you and we take extra care to ensure you are at ease with us hauling your precious cargo. We have soft tie down straps, best quality chocks and even a live feed video camera in the trailer for your peace of mind.

Our rates are fair, with a $65 hookup and $3/ total miles. This means, if you are 28 miles from my base and 16 miles from the shop, your bill will be over $200. If we have to store your bike over night & deliver next day, storage is additional $25. If we take your bike to your home & pick it up another day to deliver it to the repair facility, that will count as a second tow.
We work with your insurance company to get you the best rate.
We haul for AAA, MTS, MTR, HOG, AMA, Road America & CrossCountry.

We do drive chase for a few charity runs, including Ride For Kids (Pediatric Brain Tumor Fundraiser) and The Big Tx Toy Run (MHMR benefit). .

I am not understanding why a reputable dealer/repair facility would NOT be able to change out a tire & axle
....they do this stuff every day..right ???

I am also not understanding the axle being stripped out....you mean the threads that hold the axle onto the bike?
Wonder if the axle was stripped before they got ahold of your bike??
And they are bending the swingarm trying to get the axle off? Who are these guys....are they even bike mechanics?

The bearings should be on the Shop as the Shop messed em up, the bearings were OK before the Shop tried to "fix" the tire.

I would absolutely be gathering up my parts and heading out looking for a different Shop to fix what these guys have messed up. AND I would expect a NO CHARGE receipt from the first guys. AND I would expect the first guys to PAY for the bearings PLUS any other damages they have done to your bike ( swing arm, bearings, possible re-tooling the axle or replacement of the axle).
